- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

- In-stock items: 5-7 Business Days
- Made-to-order / personalized items: 8–10 business days
- Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS after dispatch.
